01 How these terms work
Three promises on our website come with conditions: a landing page draft in 7 working days, a mobile speed score of 85+, and 30 days of free support. Where the website says "Terms apply", this page is what it means.
In short. The 7 working days start when we have everything we need to build. The 85+ score is what we build for, and the choices you make about heavy files, animations and extra scripts can change it. Support starts when you go live.
These terms apply to projects we agree with you. If a written proposal or agreement for your project says something different, that document comes first.
02 Landing page draft in 7 days
What we promise
We deliver the first draft of your landing page within 7 working days. A draft is a complete first version, designed and built, with your content in place and ready for you to review.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in India.
When the 7 working days start
The count starts on the day we have received everything we need to build the full page, not the day you say yes. We confirm the start date and the delivery date by email, so we both know them. Everything we need usually means:
- your logo and brand colours or guidelines;
- the text for the page, or your go-ahead for us to write it from your brief;
- the photos, videos and other files you want on the page, in usable formats;
- your offer: what you sell, prices or packages, and what visitors should do next;
- where enquiries should go, such as an email address or details of your CRM or form tool;
- access to anything we need to connect, such as your domain or analytics;
- your answers to the questions we ask on the kickoff call.
If something is missing, late or unusable, the count starts or pauses until it arrives.
What is not counted
- Time we spend waiting for you: answers, files, approvals or access.
- Changes after the first draft. We turn these around quickly, but they are not part of the 7 working days.
- Setting up and running ad campaigns, which is a separate service with its own timeline.
Delays outside our control
If something outside our control holds up the work, for example a third party that has to give us access, we tell you straight away and agree a new date with you.
Full websites
A full website is bigger than a landing page, so we give you a firm date before we start.
03 Mobile speed score of 85+
What we promise
The landing page or website we build and hand over is built to score 85 or more on mobile in Google PageSpeed Insights (the Performance score), and usually 90 or more on desktop. We test before handover and give you the report.
How we measure it
PageSpeed Insights is a test run by Google that simulates a mid-range phone on a slow mobile connection. Scores move a few points from one run to the next, and Google updates the test from time to time. So we run it several times on the finished page and report the typical result.
What can lower it
- Large images, videos or fonts that you ask us to include.
- Complex or heavy animations.
- Extra scripts on the page: chat widgets, pop-ups, booking tools, tag managers, tracking pixels, embedded maps or videos.
- Hosting: how fast and how close the server is, and how it is set up. Where we choose the hosting, we pick a fast one.
- Changes made after handover by you or anyone else.
Our advice, your decision
If something you ask for will slow the page, we tell you before we build it and suggest lighter options, such as compressing images, loading videos only when needed, simplifying an animation or loading a script later. It is your page, so the choice is yours.
If you decide to go ahead with the heavier option, the 85+ score is no longer guaranteed. We still build it well, tell you the actual score, and show you what would bring it up.
What it covers
The pages we build, measured when we hand them over. It does not cover pages we did not build, your existing website unless we agreed to include it, or how your pages score in other tools. A fast page helps with search and ad costs, but we never promise rankings.
04 30 days of free support
The 30 days start on the day your page or website goes live. During that time we fix bugs in what we built, make small text, image and link changes, and answer your questions, at no charge.
Not included: new pages, new features or redesigns, ad campaign work, and problems caused by changes someone else made or by an outage at a third-party service. We quote anything bigger before we do it.
05 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. A project you have already agreed keeps the terms that applied when you agreed it.
